Do you only work with Canadian businesses?

Our primary focus is on Canadian businesses — particularly those in Ontario, Alberta, and BC. We understand the nuances of the Canadian market, from GST/HST compliance in ads to regional search behaviour. That said, we do take on select international clients where our expertise is a strong fit.

Do you require long-term contracts?

We require a 3-month initial commitment to allow time for strategies to gain traction and deliver meaningful results. After that, we operate month-to-month. We earn your business every month — no lock-in.

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

Yes. Every client gets a dedicated Canadian account manager who is your single point of contact. They understand your business, your goals, and coordinate your entire service team.

Is your team in-house or outsourced?

Our core team is in-house, based in Brampton, Ontario. We work with a vetted network of 50+ Canadian specialists for specific disciplines, but all strategy, account management, and client communication is handled internally.
